We are currently working on a residential development project in Highton. Despite a few challenging aspects of the site, for example, steep slope and bottleneck shape, we have successfully designed 7 spacious dwelling units on the site.

HEB34 is collaborating with a town planning consultant, energy consultants, landscaping architect, traffic engineer.

We are currently liaising with the council. It is deemed the town planning permit to be issued in a couple of weeks.
