We successfully delivered three townhouses in Ballarat, where the property market is currently booming. With consideration of the demographical status of the area as well as the bits of advice from the local real estate agents, we designed two spacious double-storey houses and renovated one existing house.

HEB34 architecture collaborated with a town planning consultant, energy consultants and structural engineer.

We have obtained the town planning permit and the building permit successfully. The client is currently seeking a builder to complete these beautiful townhouses.
